#### *2. Teacher & Class Support:*
- Assist in teacher scheduling and substitute arrangements (if needed).
- Prepare and distribute teaching materials (worksheets, notes, etc.).
- Coordinate classroom bookings and ensure resources are available.
#### *3. Fee & Financial Administration:*
- Process invoices, receipts, and track fee collections.
- Follow up on overdue payments with parents.
- Maintain accurate financial records (Excel/accounting software).
#### *4. General Office Management:*
- Maintain inventory of stationery, books, and centre supplies.
- Ensure the centre is tidy and presentable (liaise with cleaners if needed).
- Handle basic IT/tech support (e.g., printer, projectors, Zoom setups for online classes).
#### *5. Marketing & Outreach Support (Optional):*
- Assist with social media updates or promotional materials.

- *Education:* Minimum SPM/Diploma; administrative experience preferred.
